Who would set a limit to the mind? Who would dare assert that we know all there is to be known?

GALILEO GALILEI

A NOTE FROM MICHAEL

"My goal is to help students exercise their cognitive abilities. That's why I feature lots of drawing in my courses. It's fun to draw what one sees when looking under a microscope, drawing notes, and drawing on a white board, and it helps students manifest their understanding in art. Think about the cognitive process of re-visualization that takes place.

My dream has always been to start a school. My mom, Bela Korn, was my role model to do so. She was a teacher, her father was as well. She infused her students' lives with love and kindness, and an awareness of how one's classmates feel."
