ABOUT THE COURSE
Galileo's Classroom is excited to present a Circuit Design course from Instructor Joshua Thompson for students in grades 3-7.
(3rd - 7th grade)
Have you ever wondered how cell phones, tablets, or televisions work? They all have very tiny electrical circuits inside of them.
This class will provide a platform for students to create circuits using breadboards, wires, LED lights, and more!
ABOUT JOSHUA THOMPSON:
Joshua has a B.A. in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from Rutgers University - Newark. He is a PhD candidate in Earth and Environmental Science, focusing on geophysics. Joshua has been teaching STEM education for almost 4 years in the Montclair area. He strives to make physics intelligible and engaging to all ages.
We will meet in the ADP Center, which is in University Hall on the Montclair State University campus.
