ABOUT THE COURSE

Galileo's Classroom is thrilled to feature a Psychology course from Instructor Richie Panuyas for students in grades 6 - 8.

PSYCHOLOGY OF CREATIVITY

(6th - 8th grade)

The goal of this activity-based course is to stretch and train one’s creativity. By tapping into the current research on integrating the brain’s left and right hemisphere functions, students will do exercises that promote making connections, deconstructing, and lateral thinking. Our class project will be to activate the creative stages, from brainstorming through to completion, in order to develop the mindset necessary for taking risks, following through, and modifying and polishing one’s work.
