ABOUT THE COURSE

SYMMETRY AND SEQUENCES

(4th-8th grade)

Students will search for symmetry and mathematical sequences that are interwoven through science, nature and art. Our goal is to tie different patterns together in interesting, fun, and meaningful ways to compose themes. We will demonstrate and produce these connections in an array of filming, drawing, writing, and storytelling. This course is for those who like to play with kaleidoscopes both visually and as an expression of thought.

Instructor: Michael Korn
